What information is found on the Student Detail screen?
The Student Detail screen is accessed by clicking on the name of a student. The Student Detail screen contains all relevant information for that student.
Student information is located in two sections of the Student Detail screen:
- The menu along the left side
- The buttons in the top right corner
Menu
| Student Details | Account Information, including login credentials, demographic details, assigned schools, and class enrollments. |
| Screening | Results from current and previous Academic Screeners by Classworks. |
| Individualized Learning | Intervention performance, averages, and the ability to modify the student's Individualized Learning Path. |
| Wittly History | Archive of interactions this student has had with Wittly while working on the Individualized Learning Path. |
| Progress Monitoring | Current and previous data, including graphs and narratives documenting how this student is responding to interventions. |
| Mastery Measurement | Management of Mastery Measures, including assigning, modifying, and reviewing data from this component. |
| Goal Tracking | Review of current and previous goals, along with communication with the student about their goals. |
| SE Survey |
Review overall and domain-specific SE survey results that measure a student’s comfort with key life skills, including self-management, interpersonal skills, and everyday problem-solving. This survey is teacher-reported for students in Pre K - 3rd grade, and student-reported for students in grades 4 and above. |
| Observations | Centralized log of teacher notes that document student interactions across academic and behavioral areas. |
| Monthly Scores | Month-by-month view of student performance that helps teachers monitor growth and consistency over time. |
| Additional Test Data | Partner Assessment data that has been shared with Classworks to help inform interventions. |
Buttons
| Edit | Only Visible to Administrators. Revise demographics, class enrollments, and account settings. |
| Student Settings | Manage accessibility features for assessment and instruction. |
| Comprehensive Report | Generate a comprehensive report that includes overall assessment and intervention data. |
