What are Monthly Scores, and Where do I Find this Information?
Monthly Scores is a section of the Student Detail screen where the student's Individualized Learning progress is summarized by month.
Students view this same information on their My Learning Path screens.
Step-by-Step Guidance
Navigate to the student's detail screen
- Select Monthly Scores
- Toggle between content areas in the top center of the screen
- Select Print in the top right corner to generate a printed version of the monthly score table

Monthly Performance Star Ratings
- The screen shows a table with the student's performance summarized monthly
- Next to each month's abbreviation are four stars. The number of gold stars indicates the student's unit average during the month
|
|
|
Count the Gold Stars to determine the overall average the student earned each month Four 4 Gold Stars: Earned average is between 80 - 100% Three 3 Gold Stars: Earned average is between 70 - 79% Two 2 Gold Stars: Earned average is between 50 - 69% One 1 Gold Star: Earned average is equal to or less than 49% Zero 0: All grey stars indicate that no work was completed on the ILP during the month |
Monthly Time-on-Task Bar Graph
- Next to the performance stars is a bar illustrating the length of time the student worked on the ILP during the month
- Look at the sample graph below and notice that the Sept. bar is blue, while the bars for Oct, Nov, and Jan are green.
- The color indicates if the student met/exceeded the time on task target of 120 minutes monthly (30 minutes weekly)
- Notice the four vertical lines in the graph; each line is equal to 30 minutes
|
|
|
Look at the sample bar graph above, notice that:
To earn a Green Bar, the student spent at least 90 minutes working on the ILP during the month. This aligns with the Classworks Best Practice of working on each ILP for at least 25 minutes weekly. Blue Bars indicate that the student worked on the ILP for between 1 and 89 minutes |
