Can I delete a class from Classworks?
Before deleting a class, please review the following important details:
- Deleting a class permanently removes all associated data, including records from teacher-assigned tasks such as Classroom Math, Classroom Reading, Science, and any custom assignments.
- Deleting a class does not delete student accounts associated with it. Students on the class roster will remain active in Classworks and can be added to other classes as needed.
- Teachers can only delete classes they are assigned to as either the Primary Teacher or a Co-Teacher.
- Administrators can delete classes within their assigned building or across the district, depending on their permissions.
Once a class is deleted, the action cannot be undone, so be sure to run reports and save all necessary data before proceeding.
