Can I remove a student that is no longer in a class?

Yes! You can add a student to a class when you edit the class!

  • When a student is removed from a class, all data connected to the student remains tied to the student’s account. However, the student’s information will no longer appear in class-level reports for that class.
  • Removing a student from a class does not delete the student’s account or their historical data, and the student can be added to another class at any time if needed.

Access the Edit Class screen

Navigate to the Edit Class Menu from the Progress Monitoring, Individualized Learning, or Classes screen

  • Select the class roster to edit
  • Click Edit

Select the class name to open the roster

Click "Edit Class" to open the roster


Remove Students from the Roster

On the Create or Edit Class screen, scroll down to the student roster section

Place a check in the box in front of the student's name to be removed from the class

Open the Actions dropdown menu

Select Remove

Click Save
