How can I determine if a student completed a CBM Probe this week?
You can see which students have completed their weekly progress monitoring probes on the Progress Monitoring screen.
- Use the Filters along the left side of the screen
- Look for the Yellow Exclamation Mark icon

Teachers frequently use this method to monitor completion at a class level.
Staff members can see which students haven't completed their weekly probes by looking for the Yellow Exclamation Mark Icon near the "View Detail" button on the right side of the screen.

When a staff member hovers over the Yellow Exclamation Mark, a pop-up appears stating the incomplete status of this week's probe.
Class/Group Filters
School and district leaders frequently use this method to monitor completion at the grade level and school level.
Progress Monitoring Status: Select "Active" to filter the student list. This will reduce the list to only show the students with active sessions.
Complete this Week:
- Select "No" to filter the list to only show the students who haven't completed this week's probes.
- Select "Yes" to filter the list to only show the students who have completed this week's probes.
