Universal Screener Results: Annual Growth
The Universal Screener Annual Growth report allows you to track and compare growth for individual students, classes, teachers, and/or schools over a single school year. This report also allows you to compare the scaled scores to the testing window targets to ensure they are being met.
Step-by-Step Guidance
Navigate to the reports tab, select assessment and locate the Universal Screener Results: Annual Growth report. Click create.

Select the group of students to be included in this report. Read more about creating groups on reports here.
Choose your Report Options

- Name your Report
- Choose how student data will be summarized and displayed on the report
- Individual Students: Creates a roster-style report with each student's data displayed on individual rows.
- This format provides individual data and is frequently utilized by teaching staff and academic coaches.
- Selected Students: The average performance of all students who completed the screener is displayed.
- This format provides high-level overviews and is frequently used by building and district-level administrators to compare growth trends across grade levels and student groups.
- Individual Students: Creates a roster-style report with each student's data displayed on individual rows.

- Click Create

A new window will open with a preview of your report.
- Click the back arrow to adjust the report settings
- Click PDF in the top right corner to view the report as a full-page PDF
- Use the tools to download or print your report

What to Look For
Notice the Screener Name: Students are grouped by the screener they completed.
Notice the Testing Windows are displayed in the top right corner
Notice the table with test results: Two pieces of data are displayed for each window - the score earned and the length of time spent to complete the screener.
The Time of Year Target scores are shown at the top of each column

Look at the example above
- This report displays data from the Grade 3 Reading Screener
- The Fall Target score is 330
- The students all earned scores less than the target, so their scores are all written in red.
- Two students have completed the Winter Screener and did not meet the target.
- Both of these students (Barbara and Blaise) have improved their scores. Notice the last column in the table.
