How Do I Assign Classworks Early Numeracy Mini-Assignments?

Early Numeracy Mini-assignments are designed to:

• Deliver targeted, intensive instructional support for a specific early numeracy indicator
• Provide additional layers of support when adaptations are necessary to increase the effectiveness of the intervention
• Be assigned to individual students, groups of students, or when appropriate, entire classes

Step-by-Step Guidance

Navigate to the Classes Tab

Select a class by clicking on the Class Name

•In the top right corner of the screen, click "Instruction"

•The Early Numeracy Assignments are located under "Shared Instruction."

To Assign to ALL students in the class select "All Students" then click "Assign" in the bottom right corner of the window

To Assign to SELECT students select "Selected Students" and place check marks next to each student you wish to assign this Mini Assignment in this class. Then click "Assign" in the bottom right corner of the window

Then click "Next" at the bottom right corner of the window.

After you click "Assign" you will see the assignment on the Classes Tab. You can click on the plus "+" sign to expand the assignment and monitor each student’s progress.

Assigned = Students selected to receive this assignment who have not completed it yet

Completed = Students who received the assignment and have completed it

Skipped = Students not selected to receive the assignment
