How do I know which students have completed the Universal Screener?

On the Progress Monitoring screen, you can quickly identify students who have not yet completed the Universal Screener using two methods.

Identify Students Without a Suggested Tier Using Visual Indicators

• Navigate to the Progress Monitoring screen
• Locate the "Suggested Tier" column and look for the four colored squares next to the students' names
• The absence of this indicator signals that no screener data is available yet for that student.

Filter Students by “No Suggested Tier” on the Progress Monitoring Screen

• Navigate to the Progress Monitoring screen
• Locate and use the filters on the left side of the screen

• Locate the Suggested Tier
  • Click to open the dropdown menu
  • Select No Suggested Tier
