What information is included in the Classworks Data Export?

The Classworks Data Export includes a folder containing 10 .csv spreadsheet files that provide detailed usage data for the current school year or a selected date range. These files include assessment results and instructional summary data at both the school and student levels, which districts can use to analyze year-over-year growth on Classworks assessments and review usage trends across schools, grade levels, and subject areas.

G PM Level Level at which the session was set. (grade level equiv.)

Columns N - AK: Display data for each of the 12 weeks within each Progress Monitoring session

Week # Scaled Score: Score the student earned on the weekly probe. Domain-based probes are scored with percentages, and Curriculum Sampling probes are scored with a scale score.

Week # Data Completed: Date and time the student completed the weekly probe

Progress Monitoring is organized into 12-week sessions. If a student is assigned multiple sessions, the spreadsheet includes a separate row for each session.
