What do I do If I have forgotten my password?
Classworks offers different methods for users to log in and access their accounts. The steps you follow to retrieve your password depend on how you log in to Classworks.

- Click the “Can't access your account?" link.

- Enter the email address associated with your Classworks account.
- Answer the security question.
- Click Next.

- Log in to your email account. Please note that it may take a few minutes for the email to be sent to your inbox.
- Open the email to reset your Classworks password.
- Click the link in the email message and change your password.
The email from Classworks may be directed to your Spam or Trash folders. If you do not receive an email from Classworks in your Inbox, check your Spam and Trash folders.
Users who log in with Microsoft or Google Accounts or who log in from a launchpad
(Not from the Classworks Login Page)
If you access Classworks through your school or organization’s login system, Single Sign-On is enabled. In this case, your System Administrator must assist with resetting your password. Single Sign-On access may include logging in through:
- A Microsoft account
- A Google account
- Clever
- A district or school launchpad
If you don't know the System Administrator at your school or organization, you can submit an email to reach our Service and Support Team.
For user security, the Classworks Service and Support group can’t change passwords or user information.
