How can I use the information on User Engagement Insights?

To measure how widespread your Classworks implementation is by reflecting on how many distinct students and staff members have used Classworks.

Information captured includes:
  1. Count of distinct students at each school and grade who've logged in
  1. Count of distinct staff members at each school who've logged in
  1. Lists of logged in sessions with date, time and user login details

As an administrator, this dashboard has automatically been added to your Insights page.

These reports are not available at the teacher level.


Student Use of Classworks

Which students are logging into Classworks

Consistently spending time working on their Individualized Learning Paths and weekly Progress Monitoring probes positively impacts student achievement. 
School-based and district administrators monitor and recognize student adoption/use of Classworks with interactive data including:
  1. School-based Administrators:
    1. Bar Graphs to compare grade level adoption
    2. Recognize grade levels or departments with highest adoption
    3. Click a specific grade's bar to update all of the data displayed on the dashboard
  1. District-wide Administrators:
    1. Bar Graphs to compare adoption across multiple schools
    2. Recognize schools with highest adoption
    3. Click a specific school's bar to update all of the data displayed on the dashboard

How often are students logging into Classworks

School-based and district administrators monitor how frequently distinct students access Classworks by scrolling to the bottom of the screen to see a list of each login for the selected time period. Students who have logged in more than once have each logged in session listed separately.

When are students using Classworks?

Many schools identify specific periods of time during the day when students should work on Classworks. Administrators can monitor and recognize the level of use of these time periods to strengthen their Classworks adoption.

Staff should consistently log into Classworks to monitor, recognize and support students.  These actions positively impact student achievement.
