- Students who have an active Progress Monitoring Session see the Star on this card at the beginning of each week.
- The star remains here until the student completes the probe for the week.
- The student’s most recent score is also shown.

Look at the week numbers at the bottom of the graph. Each week has a colored dot below it. The colors tell the student how they performed on each probe.
Gray - The student missed that week’s probe
Green - The student performed above the Improvement Target (Green Line)
Red - The student performed below the Improvement Target
Work with the student to set a goal for how many green dots they should earn out of the 12 weeks. Help them think about what they can do to earn those green dots.
- Working in a quiet environment
- Using the available tools
- Taking their time
- Checking their work
- Scratch paper for math or graphic organizer for reading passages
Complete this week's probe
After reviewing their previous scores, students are ready to take the current week’s probe.
If students have already completed a Progress Monitoring session, they can review their performance in that session as well.
