My student is having trouble with an activity. What information should I send to Classworks to get help?

Occasionally your students may come across an issue with an activity due to browser or computer errors. To expedite troubleshooting, Classworks requests sharing the following with our team:

  1. District and School Name
  2. Student Name
  3. Content area of concern (Language Arts or Mathematics)
  4. Name of Activity and Activity ID
  5. Picture or Video of the student's screen
  6. Browser Version
  7. Device and Operating System

How do I find the Activity Name or Activity ID?

If your student is logged in and working on the activity in question, you'll find the name of the activity at the top. The Activity ID can be found below the activity. See example below.
