How can students review Individualized Learning monthly scores?

Introduction

Students can review progress on their Learning Path throughout the school year. They select the content area.


From the content area screen, students should click on “My Learning Path”.


Full Year View


  1. Students can review their work over the course of the school year.
  2. There are two pieces of information available to students:
    1. Stars indicating the average earned in each month 
    2. Bar graph indicating the time spent on instruction.

Stars



The Stars connect to the student’s running average for each month.


the student didn’t work on this Learning Path

the student earned an average between 0% and 49%

the student earned an average between 50% and 69%


the student earned an average between  70% and 79%
the student earned an average between 80% and 100%


Bar Graphs

The length of time the student worked in their Learning Path or Playlists is shown on the bar graph

Monthly Learning Path Time on Task


The Bar Graph monitors the amount of time the student has worked on their Learning Path or Playlists during the month.

How to Read the Bar Graph

      

Vertical lines are in 30 minute intervals

The student has worked 0 - 89 minutes

The student has worked 90 + minutes



Students see more details about how they performed during previous months by clicking on the month

Certificates of Recognition

Students earn certificates of recognition when they:

  1. Earn 4 Stars = Exceptional Scores Certificate
  2. Work for 90 minutes or more designated by a Green Bar = Exceptional Time on Task Certificate
  3. Earn 4 Stars and work for 90+ minutes = Exceptional Scores and Time on Task Certificate 


View and Print Achievement Certificates



Students can view and print their certificates by clicking on the month and selecting print
