Support Hours

Classworks email and chat support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We're closed on the following US holidays:
  1. New Year's Day - January 1
  2. Memorial Day - Last Monday in May
  3. Juneteenth - June 19
  4. US Independence Day - July 4
  5. Labor Day - First Monday in September
  6. Thanksgiving - Fourth Thursday and Friday in November
  7. Christmas - December 25
  8. Winter Holiday - December 26 - December 31

When a holiday falls on Saturday, we will be closed on the preceding Friday. When a holiday falls on Sunday, we'll be closed the following Monday.
