Professional Learning Best Practices

Professional Learning Best Practices

Professional learning expectations that support teachers’ effective use of Classworks.

  1. Self-Study through Classworks’ on-line Help Center at help.classworks.com

  2. Utilization of the “Chat” feature within Classworks for help while working within the application.

  3. Online courses through Classworks’ Smartguide. Require all teachers who will use Classworks to take the Classworks Kickstart course at the beginning of this school year. Have them submit their certificate showing course completion. See the course catalog.

  4. Schedule a Classworks Connect with your Account Manager. A connect session is a free 30-minute coaching call where our team works with a small group of educators focused on specific topics relevant to implementation goals.

    5. Schedule on-site professional learning during in-service days to refine practices at a school-wide level.
