Classroom Integrated Reading is a resource you can use outside of individualized learning and will become your “go-to” when you need close reading passages.

Classroom Integrated Reading passages are on-grade level instruction that promotes deep comprehension and analysis of texts. These passages were created with teacher-guided instruction in mind, supporting purposeful student practice. They help students gain experience with complex texts using interactive tools that foster high student engagement. These activities are great to use in whole class or small group standards-based instruction.

Each reading question is connected to a state standard to help plan your close reading lessons! The documents below provide the standard information for each question in the Integrated Reading activity. Use the standards documents below to drive your planning and classroom goals.
