Tracking your students' growth is easy with the Classworks Assessment & Growth Insights Dashboard. You can quickly identify how many students have completed a Classworks Assessment, their placement levels, and domain proficiency by school, grade level, and demographics!

As an administrator, this dashboard has automatically been added to your Insights page. **These reports are not available at the teacher level.

By default, this dashboard will show information for all schools and all grade levels that have completed the Universal Screener during that time frame. Use the filters at the top to change between Language Arts and Math, choose specific schools, or student grade levels. **This dashboard updates every 4 hours.

With this dashboard, there are two pages:


Placement

At the top of the Placement dashboard, we can see how many students completed the Universal screener:

  1. During the Fall testing Window

  2. During the winter testing window

  3. During the Spring testing window, and

  4. A breakdown of how many students completed the screener by the testing window and school.

Student Count By Testing Window: Hover over this bar graph to see the placement level count for each testing window. For example, in the Fall Screener, 1 student received a placement level of “Urgent Intervention,” 2 students placed at “Intervention,” 1 student placed at “On Watch,” and 11 placed at “At/Above Grade.” You can find out more information regarding placement levels here.

Below this information, use the filter to select a testing window to view a further breakdown of placements by grade level and demographics.

Once you’ve selected your Testing Window, you’ll be able to hover over each graph to see placement levels by grade level, race, gender, and several other demographic options!

**Note - under certain demographics, you may see True or False. True represents those students that have been labeled as that demographic in Classworks. False equals those students who are not labeled as matching that particular demographic.


Domain Proficiency

Use the filters at the top to change between Language Arts and Math, choose specific schools, or student grade levels. **This dashboard updates every 4 hours.

Percent Proficient by Window: Hover over the bar graphs to view the proficiency percentages for each domain per testing window

Below this information, use the “Select a Window” filter to select a testing window to view a further breakdown of domain proficiency by grade level and demographics.

Once you’ve selected your Testing Window, you’ll be able to hover over each graph to see domain proficiency levels by grade level, race, gender, and several other demographic options!

**Note - under certain demographics, you may see True or False. True represents those students that have been flagged as that demographic in Classworks. False equals those students who are not flagged as matching that particular demographic.
